Beautiful, sturdy and lightweight case for a great price, and my daughter loved it, but sadly it did not have enough space for her Bon Musica shoulder rest. They are not made to be folded and are a little bigger than some of the other common shoulder rests, so it if that's what you use, this case is not for you.

GORGEOUS. I bought this case for my 11 yr old daughter for her 3/4 viola. (Same size as a 4/4 violin.) She and I both love it. Such high quality for an amazing price! It's not too heavy or bulky for her to tote around, the zippers, latch, and magnet closures all secure well and keep things safe, and the velveteen and silk fabrics inside are in perfect, beautiful condition. The extra storage compartments are roomy and close nice and snug. The padding on the inside is very supportive as well. Even prettier in real life than the photos. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this case, and my daughter cannot wait to show it off to her orchestra instructor and the rest of our family. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. ( And no, I'm not being paid for this review; I'm just super excited :)

This violin case was a surprise and looks fantastic. I have been looking around for a while now and have seen cases that have a similar appearance selling for over USD$1000+, which is WAY too much money. This case is obviously a copycat but what a great copy it is! Someone pointed out that the bow holders get in the way of the other bow when using all four spaces but fme, this is a very minor issue and also occurs with some of my other more expensive cases. The other "issue" is the lack of support for the scroll. It's not a critical issue but adding a simple pad would take care of it and then the neck and scroll would receive the suspension support that should be there (just going to add my own at some point). I am telling all my colleagues and will definitely purchase a couple more for my other violins. Keep up the good work...

The only quibble I have is that my cheap Kun shoulder rest does not fit exactly in the shoulder rest slot. But it mostly fits, so I just live with it.

This would not be my first choice if I was flying or had to check my fiddle on a plane. But for carrying it around in town this is just fine. I use a Mooradian case cover over this, so it's somewhat more protected.

I wanted a case for my childhood violin that I just had repaired and started looking around for a case since the one I had was pretty rough. Found this one and it is more than I expected. It is very lightweight, beautiful, sturdy, two pockets inside for tuner, mute, shoulder rest, cleaning cloth, etc., a tube for extra strings and room for four bows. It was a great buy!
