These noodles are awesome! They go well in Asian dishes. I find that if I boil them for just a minute or so prior to pan frying, it seems to work out the funny smell just a bit better, but it's not completely necessary. I'm just nitpicking. For such a low calorie food, they are a fantastic option. I bought 2 more orders after I tried the first bag. Perfect tool for dieting and you are craving carbs but don't have as much room in your macros for them.

As someone who eats a high-fat, low-carb, moderate protein diet, I can't tell you how much I wanted to love these noodles. But I ate two packages in two separate meals in one day and as I digested them I felt sicker and sicker to my stomach. I had trouble falling asleep because I felt so badly, and in the middle of the night I woke up and ran for my bathroom as my body gave all the signs that it needed to throw up. (I didn't but had all the mouth acid, etc.)

So I composted the remaining packages and won't be buying these noodles again.

Some things about me to put this information in context: I cook all my own food so it's true that I don't eat anything much that's processed so I'm not used to things like this. Though on the other hand, I make my own kombucha, eat raw milk products, and have a caste iron stomach when traveling in India and such places--so I'm not a "sensitive" when it comes to digesting complex things and feeling great.

I wonder if the fact that it's made in China and left in water with "food grade" lime water means that this is really not a good idea to eat. I'd love to see something like this made in the US and maybe sold dried so you had to reconstitute it like wheat pasta.

Great product worked well in my dish - don't overdo the servings as it is just fiber :-)

I absolutely adore this product! The noodles are very thin; they are closer to vermicelli or angel hair pasta, but shorter like ramen. I want to be clear that while I adore these noodles, I don't want anyone that will be trying these for the first time to expect them to taste like traditional pasta or ramen, they wont. They have a firmer texture, and they're slightly on the rubbery or spongy side. I got used to the slight difference very quick. I've tried all the low carb pastas, noodles and rice out there and the Better Than Foods brand is by far the best. I prefer the noodles and rice better then the pasta as I find their pasta a bit harder and more rubbery.

I really can't say enough about these noodles. Having a great product like this has truly opened up a culinary world that has been closed to me for years! Its hard to find tasty low carb foods that can fill that void, especially in a diabetics diet. I can now have side dishes that bringing me back to my Italian roots! I love it. I have been using them with every pasta and noodle recipe I used to use with traditional pasta and noodles. They hold up so well. And the best part is they're organic!

What more can I say, I love them!

Delicious! I eat them every night. Yes it's true there is a slight odor when you open the bag (I am very sensitive to smells, and it really wasn't bad). But after you rinse it under water it's not so noticeable. And once you mix it /stir fry it/add sauce it's DELICIOUS. Gives me my pasta fix without the calories ! I highly reccomend !
