Had torn meniscus. Knee was swollen for 4+ months. Tried rest, ice, meds, etc. and nothing completely got rid of the swelling in my knee. Bought this product off Amazon and within a few days of using it I noticed the swelling in my knee began to go down. I would put it on before I got out of bed in the morning and it would loosen up my knee so it wasn't so stiff and painful then I would put it on several times throughout the day as per the directions. After about 2 weeks, the swelling was gone and hasn't returned. I gave a jar to a neighbor with a swollen knee and she tried it and it also got rid of her swelling in her knee. I gave a jar to a co-worker to try. She had fallen off a horse and broken a lot of bones and so when she rides she tends to get a little sore and stiff. She tried the product and liked it and ended up paying me so she could keep the jar. If you have inflammation, I would definitely recommend this product as it does work. I am very glad that I found it and tried it.

Its not a magic balm, if you are looking for instant relief, look somewhere else, but.... if you have a chronic condition that doesnt requires full knee replacement, there is a good chance that it can be solved using it on regular basis. I have been battling with knee tendinitis for 3 years and after trying a lot of treatments (nsaid, prp, rest, rice, acupuncture, special exercises), my best results have been using penetrex as a night cream and after ride cream (Im a mountain biker), I just apply ice and penetrex after every ride and before I go to sleep every day. You also need to adjust your excercise program. Hope it helps. (Im 50).

This is amazing. I tired everything I could find that had Arnica in it.
