If you bake pies but can't make the edges look pretty this does the job for you. Easy to clean. Great quality. I can't ever get my pies to look as good as this little tool. Glad I bought it.
I'm not sure why I wanted my pies to look commercially made....

It's fast, convenient and makes a regular edge. Not fancy. The dough does occasionally get caught up inside, so it's a bit of a pain to clean. I rather wish it came in assorted designs.

I am totally disappointed in the fact that I cannot use it for thin crust... I have used it several times with different degrees of thickness and have found it only works with very very thick crust... Too bad it does not work like it shows it does...

This pastry guide is thin and flexible but most effective for measuring the pastry accurately. The slot on the arm works nicely when forming a radius. Be sure to hold the red center button down with a light pressure when turning the arm.
