This stuff is great! Perfect basic electrolyte powder (note: no Mg) with sugar to help with absorption. Taste is wonderful, light and sweet. Perfect for music festival hydration, hot yoga, workouts, daily if you have trouble absorbing water, and I'm sure it would help a hangover like others have stated. Easy to carry packets are great for travel or occasional use.
Usually the larger bottle gets thrown away without further use so this is a good alternative for that reason

I am not typically a fan of grape flavors but found this to be enjoyable because it is not overly sweetened. It helped restore depleted electrolytes and mixed quickly without chunks. I used this as an adult so I am uncertain about its usefulness or taste as approved by children. Tastes similar to the liquid version of Pedialyte that you can also purchase, but I appreciate the single serving size so that I am not opening a large bottle when I only need a little at a time. Usually the larger bottle gets thrown away without further use so this is a good alternative for that reason.

This stuff is great for travelling. Disclosure--I use this for hangovers and where I know I won't have tons of access to water. I got these to bring to a music festival. Poured it into a water bottle and helped keep me hydrated after drinking. Also took some night of and it helped make me not feel terrible. A little pricey--but less expensive and more compact than bottles. Flavor is ok--texture is viscous. Glad I got this strawberry lemondare flavor cause when we went to the store, they only had the bottles left in grape flavor!
