The screws for the top support bar are not long enough to secure the bar. I only gave 3 stars because other then the screw issue the rest is good. I was able to make it work with a little ingenuity.
**UPDATE**. The seller contacted me about my post. When I explained my problem they worked with me to get the bad piece replaced. It took awhile to get to me because of where it was shipped from. But I did receive it and it was perfect. So I added stars because I really appreciate good business. It reassembled correctly and is exactly what I was looking for. Thank You
