My wheel builder said this hub set reminds him of the i9 hubs, the only thing about them is that I'm not seeing that I can just change out cassette driver, mine is a HG drive running 10 speed and I'd like to go to 11 speed Sram with the new XG driver mostly because the 11 speed Sram cassette is lighter and it's 10/42

Decided to upgrade my hubs from loose ball bearings to these sealed units. Excellent finish and machining. These came with quick release caps but can be popped off for some thru axel caps if that's what you need. Respoked my rims with only new nipples; tightened true and straight. Unbelievably better than what I had. The engagement on the free hub is tighter and the sound is crispier. The sealed bearings roll farther and quieter than what I had but keep in mind that any any sealed bearing unit is far superior to loose ball bearings in hubs. Doesn't hurt that it is truly a very nice bling upgrade and look very nice coupled with same colored accessories ( I have yellow hubs , yellow 1X chainring and yellow platform pedals). Mechanical and visual upgrade as wells. The price really surprised at how low ( was 90 buck for pair) it was. Was fun building my own rims for change and I would recommend these for obvious upgrade within tight budgets. You will not be disappointed. Gonna build me a spare for my 29er in blue. Can't go wrong for sure. Well worth it. Also came with skewers. Uploaded a video but somehow it doesn't show. Went into my profile and can't reload it. Trying now but can't. It's just mostly audio of hub sound but shows it's great color
