Just the right oil for the job

I've only used it a few times so far, but this oil has been effective in alleviating pain and discomfort from my neck and shoulders, plus hands/fingers that spent too long on the computer keyboard. The oil has the kind of "cool burn" that Icy Hot or other muscle rubs have, but it doesn't have the kind of uncomfortable or painful burn that some essential oils can have. The aroma is also quite pleasant. All in all, this may indeed become my go-to product for aches and pains.

I read and reread all the reviews before ordering this product because I didn't want to waste any more money on products claiming to relieve pain but mostly result in hype. This actually DOES work. I put several drops in my hand, mix it with coconut oil and, literally, slather it on every where I hurt. It doesn't get rid of aches and pains, but does noticeably help alleviate them. Yes, it is pungent, and if you use it without the coconut oil it can cause a burning sensation. That being said, I am willing to overlook odors and tingling for relief from my chronic back and shoulder pain. I ordered my first bottle last October which lasted almost two months. I reordered the giant, economy size. Even my husband, a skeptic about anything not prescribed by a doctor, agreed that it helped his knee when he hurt it on a recent trip. (Yes, I was smug!) It's worth trying!

I have just recently started using essential oils to treat some minor ailments and aches and pains that I have. I am finding they are providing a great deal of relief for me. This muscle relief blend is great to mix into a carrier oil and use it to roll onto sore achy muscles, or areas you have issues with. For instance I have some chronic shoulder pain, and using this brings me some relief from that discomfort. I also really enjoy the calming affect of the aroma when using essential oils such as this. And when you have a good quality, pure oil such as this you use such a small amount that it really lasts a long time, especially when mixed with a carrier oil to apply.
