I wanted to convert an overhead garage outlet from a single light socket to a double or triple. This product did the trick and well. The only constructive suggestion I could make is to have desigmed the product such that the user could tighten the swivel heads of the sockets. If the bulbs have any weight to them, the arms will droop down and perhaps not where you want them to illuminate. If you try to re-position the arm to shine where you want it, it will nonetheless droop down again. This is not a dealbreaker but it would be nice if the arms could stay where you want them.

I use this splitter to hold four large grow bulbs with multiple led bulbs. It works well and I've no problems. I l like how the angle and direction of the bulbs can be adjusted. And it insulates the light fixture from the heat generated by the bulbs which enhances safety and the life of the socket. Definitely recommend it.
