Great calculator and love the bright blue color. I got this to use for a statistics class and it does everything I need it to and much more. I had a TI-89 before at it was a bit overkill. It also wasn't allowed on some exams which defeated the purpose of having the calculator. The TI-84 Plus is allowed on most exams and charges and syncs with the included sub cable which is nice. I imagine I will get many years of use out of this calculator.

Calculator works great-exactly what you would expect from TI. I love the color graphics. It is actually for my 6th grader but I had to try it out! I find the color of the calculator is very easy on the eyes. My daughter loves it and her friends ask where she got it. Local stores did not have this color, so she is the only one in her class that has it.

Great calculator. Holds an amazing charge. I have been using it for 3 months on 1 charge with 2 math classes and a chemistry class. The only thing I don't like is just already built in functions of a TI-84. But, this does exactly what you need for graphing abilities.

The product arrived on time and was well packaged. This is similarly priced to the the TI Nspire and more expensive than comparable Casio models. We ordered this because our high school students math curriculum is based on using the TI 84 line of calculators. The TI Nspire is more capable and possibly future proof and the Casio is more economical, but if your student can't follow along with the class they are worthless. Although this works very well and is a defiinite upgrade from the the TI 84. So for high schoolers, go with the teacher recommendation.

This was purchased for my grandson's ninth grade algebra class at the insistence of his teacher. It is a great calculator with all kinds of functionality. This is a device that will serve him well throughout high school and college and depending on his career choices perhaps his career. I feel it was a good investment for his future.
