I bought 2. I did not need a very big pouch and this size is perfect, which I use for ammo & dog dump bag carry. Any smaller and I would not want it. Also, the exterior compartments are spacious enough for the few extra things I may need. I can get my fingers in there and get items out without a struggle. On average I use these bags several times a week and so far material is plenty tough for my needs. May also be getting a third one for small camping items. I usually use bag with military style webbing camp belt (also on amazon).
