very tightly packed container, very green, and healthy looking. did not have roots, but after rinsing off the gel and putting it in quarantine for almost a week, it has started to grow tiny little roots. reserving the last star until after I see how it does planted in my tank.

The delivery came securely packaged, and quickly. The plant arrived looking extremely healthy and remained well even after 3 days in it's plastic cup with gel. I am very pleased with this seller.
Note: I currently run a low maintenance 10 gallon aquarium with aqueon LED lighting with 3 different LED lights: (colormax, beautymax, and a Day White) with neon tetras. I was hoping the monte carlo would be able to thrive in the aquarium with just soil, waste from fish and the lighting I had. 2 months in, monte carlo is still alive, but not as vibrant as it was when it first arrived. Plant food addition for low maintenance tank is advisable.
