Nice but tricky attachment

The rubber part (green) of the tag is solid and nice quality. It's easy to insert the address into the slot.
The metal attachment is good quality, but a little tricky to manipulate. The ends screw together, which took me a few tries. Once you get it done, it's solid. That said, if you need to remove it for any reason, it gets tricky again. Not very easy. I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars only because that metal attachment was difficult to manipulate. Everything else was all good.

Missing the loop/tie

I ordered two and they arrived today. They look great and I think they will meet my need well - but one is missing the metal loop/tie thing so I'll have to use a zip/cable tie to attach it. It's not a huge deal but lately it seems like everything I order on Amazon is either used (and banged up) or missing parts. Quality control seems to be lacking.

For the price, I am very satisfied. The ring to attach the tag to the luggage is a strong wire cord and the tag itself seems to be good quality. I have used it on three flights checked bags with no issues yet. The slot for the ID card can for a business card or any other piece of paper.

Looked great, seemed to attach great to my luggage.....sadly though, I cannot recommend this product as it got lost on my 1st trip LOL. Got my bag on the last leg of my trip and it was missing which tells me the cable is not secure enough to survive baggage handlers abuse.
