This is a nice solid mat for floor exercises.
I was worried that the padding would be too soft and I'd more or less sink to the floor, but that hasn't been the case here.
Plus, it folds up and I can put it against the wall when not in use.

Very pleased with purchase and the mat works great. Have not noticed any odors from the material and the construction is of high quality. The thickness of the mat is perfect and is used for daily stretching. Great buy.

Unfortunately I had a manufacturing defect with the mat and the stitching came loose on one corner. I contacted ProSource directly and they immediately responded back to me. I provided two photos and proof of purchase and received a replacement mat all within 5 days. ProSource stands behind their products and their Customer Service is excellent. I am still very pleased with the mat's performance and use it for daily stretching.

These things are needlessly expensive. Tat said, the cheaper ones are not very durable. This matte is worth the extra dollar or two you spend over thin, poorly manufactured mattes that cost as little as half. This matte is thick, comfortable and will withstand knees, shoes, elbows and use on cement floors on occasion. We are happy with ours. We will buy this brand moving forward.

I just like doing planks in the evening while I'm relaxing for the evening. I work out at a gym in the morning, but I love having this at home for some additional side exercises. I'm a 6 foot tall big guy and it's long enough and thick enough so that I can comfortable plank. When I'm done I can easily fold it up and put it away so it doesn't clutter my house.
