Easy to fold and lay out. Has enough cushion support and is long which works well for taller people. I like this way better then the thinner yoga mats. It's perfect to do at home exercises that might require movement like jumping. I like the handle too because it makes it easy to move and hold. Overall for the price it's good but I've only used it once. The only thing I could see being bad is that the outer pink layer is separate from the inner thick layer so sometimes when you do exercises like planks and your feet might slide, I could see the outer layer possibly ripping or tearing in the future if it stretches too much and wears down. However that's just a guess and hasn't happened yet.
