This mat is exactly what I looking for my twins, they are six years old. They like gymnastics. This mat is perfect for them do jumping, back flips and back handspring. The mat works exactly how it should. The only issue we have is that it tends to slide. We solved this by buying an antislip mat like you would put under a throw rug, but it would be nice if the bottom of the mat already had that feature.
