Bought a dish, installed, and stoped working within the 30 day return policy. Contacted them through Amazon and the told me to re aim the dish. Did that with no luck and had a installer come out to help. Defective parts. Now they say that there is a 30 day return policy and because I didn't send it back within 30 days that I'm screwed and its not their problem. Even though I contacted then to ask what I should do within 30 days. I guess there is no pride in buisness or product anymore. Its sad that people don't have any self respect to man up and fix what is their products.
