I could not live without this stuff. You need to go to their website to watch the video and it may take a couple of times to get it right, but well worth it. I teach fitness and sometimes overdo. I have not had any injuries using the tape when something gets tweaked. I have had plantar fasciitis and when I feel the pain start in my heel, I wrap my foot and it NEVER gets cronic. A couple of weeks wrapped and wearing shoes, I am great again. Can't say enough about how great this is. I have also had my back wrapped and knee. Works GREAT.

The strap system is deceivingly complicated. Now that the pack is in place, I can't imagine how I ever operated without this thing. But getting it sized and on was a major hassle.
