This has been working well. I had somehow expected (even though it's not pictured so why did I expect it?) that there would be a hole to hammer the top hanger into the wall? There's not, but even without that the pictures I hung seem secure.
It was a little nerve-wracking to try to hang them by myself because I was afraid of the anchor slipping off the hanging rail, but once I got them hung they seem to counterbalance each other well so I'm not as concerned. I do recommend having a buddy to hold the anchor steady while you hang the frames.
