Pretty much what you would expect except for mixing instructions

Works pretty much as described. The product dissolves in liquid pretty nicely, not lumpy. Mixing instructions could have been better. They were designed for mixing the entire bag at one time. If you have a small soft-serve machine, there are no useful instructions. Doing some research, I found that one cup of the product mixed with two cups of milk or water worked pretty well.

Makes great ice cream. To use with the soft serve ice maker by Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker - be sure to get at least 8 - 12 hours freezer time on the ice cream container and place the ice cream mixer in the refrigerator at least 1 -2 hours before attempting to make soft serve or you will end up with milk shakes.
