Great Product and fast shipping.
Not geared to home Ice cream makers
Mobarn•February 10, 2018
I suppose it would be OK but I bought it for a home machine with a 1 1/2 qt bowl. This is geared toward a commercial machine and The only recipe on the package is for the entire 6 lb sack. No recipe for a smaller batch. So I am not sure how to use it.

Delicious. I use one cup of the powder to 3 cups of half-and-half
kitchen aid stand mixer ice cream attachment

Just gave this a whirl with my kitchen aid stand mixer ice cream bowl thing. While I weeded through the various reviews looking for the recipe, the mix lost a star. Especially since I started with Frostline's site first. For the stand mixer, I initially whisked together 2 c water, 2 cups milk, and 2 cups mix and set the mixing bowl in the freezer, with a quick stir around the bowl every 15-20 mins. for about 1 - 1 1/2 hrs. It didn't look like very much when I poured it in the K.A. freezer bowl, so super quick whisked up an additional 1 c milk, 1 c water and 1 c mix and dumped it in. Figured temperature of it would even out with the time I had the other in the freezer instead of the fridge. About 20 mins into mixing I realized that was probably too much for the K.A bowl. Next time, I'll use 2 1/2 cups of everything.
Don't recommend for household soft-serve machines.

Instructions are for industrial mixes and using the full bag, even though this is recommended to use with countertop home soft-serve machines. Getting the correct balance for the proper consistency was very frustrating. I recommend the Junket individual boxes instead.
