Relieving my excruciating foot pain!

I have very flat feet, and though I now wear shoes with very good arch supports, when I go somewhere, I still love being barefoot at home, even with hardwood floors.
Recently, however, after twisting my ankle, I've felt major pain in my feet, when I get out of my bed or chair, and it has gradually been getting worse. The pain eventually goes away after hobbling around a while, but that transition can be excruciating!
After some research and visiting with my doctor, I decided to try using this foot massager, as well as wearing comfortable "house shoes" with good arch supports around the house. I have only had the massager a few days, but while sitting in my chair or leaning against my bed, I have used it for a few minutes a couple of times a day or as needed. I do feel some soreness, when I apply slight pressure, while rolling the bottom and side of each foot several minutes; however, afterwards, I am able to walk with a huge decrease in my pain level!! In fact, after massaging my foot a couple days and wearing the cushioned shoes with the arch supports, I have been able to walk with very little pain! I'm hoping with time and therapy, my feet will return to normal.
I do recommend this massager. Though I haven't tried other types, the rolling action makes it easy to use, and it doesn't hurt my floors. Best of all, it's helping!

It takes a little practice to use this foot massager, but it was very enjoyable once I got the hang of it. It helped work out arch pain from an exercising injury. I am on my feet all day. I treat my feet with foot cream and now use this massage roller . It helps to relax my whole mind and body. It's not expensive, needs no electricity, and can go anywhere. This is really a smart device. I'm proud of the designers!

I have spent so much money on my plantar fasciitis foot pain. You name it I bought it. I was desperate for any relief. I did the shock therapy treatment and the PRP procedure (platelet rich plasma), not to mention all the "stuff" out there for plantar fasciitis. It's been 4 months since the PRP procedure, the pain has gotten better but I still had some pain. I just happened to see this amazing foot massager and thought for $9.00 why not try it. Oh my gosh! This product is amazing! After just 5 days using twice a day for about 3 minutes, I am on my way to recovery. I have been dealing with this pain for about 2 years now trying everything under the sun to help me and this inexpensive wooden roller has given me hope! Thank you so much!

After using this product for a couple of weeks, I must say that I think it truly does help. It may not feel like it when you first use it but stick with it and you will see an improvement. I had no problem with it tipping over and TheraFlows customer service is great.

OMG! This is a must. I work as a patient care technician and work 12 hour shifts. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BABY. I use it for 3-5 minutes and my feet feel incredible. I even bring it to work! I am really impressed. The edges on the photo turned me off, but let me tell ya, this product feels amazing. I have PLANTAR FACITIS and wear insoles and use this daily. It helps a ton! Enjoy!
