knives are looking nice and made nice and sharp, but it's useless on kitchen
steel is not stainless and start rust in 10 minutes after you leave knife wet
also steel absorbs odors a lot, and steel itself has very specific steel smell, Ш can not get rid of it

These do appear to be genuine folded steel. The edges have some small defects, probably from the acid etch. The hardness of the steel is nothing to write home about. The edge sharpens reasonably easily but does not hold its sharpness well.
