For the $$ this is a decent radio vest. Bought as a brush fire vest to use as my station has a lot of wooded areas and large fields that we often have to chase fire into and our brush jackets are so light weight our Motorola brand radio's with extended battery are far to heavy to be held in their radio pocket safely and secure. It takes some adjusting for larger men to get this to fit and hold the radio well but it does work and very happy considering the lower price compared to the traditional ones sold by Fire supply stores. The quality may not last forever for a forestry firefighter but for occasional use by urban units this should last long enough to justify the price.
