I give the product Five Stars, but deducted one for poor instructions, meaning almost none. I think that they assume whomever would buy this already knows how to use a rivet gun. I am tool savvy, but this is my first rivet gun and it took a bit to figure it out. Enclosed instructions would have helped!

I bought this to replace a very old pop rivet tool. My primary use for pop rivet tools is working with kayak deck fittings. It worked pretty good for the first three rivets. Then it started slipping. In short it lost its grab. So I went back to my gnarly old tool that pinches my fingers and set the rest of the rivets perfectly (after wasting several rivets trying to get this tool to work). I will keep looking. Had it too long to return so it's going in the recycling bin after one short use.
