Gave this to my 5 year old for his birthday ...

Gave this to my 5 year old for his birthday. He absolutely loves it even though he is having a hard time getting used to all of the movement as he tries to go from object to object. Definitely different than the monkey bars that he is used to. But as my son says "Ninja never quits" he will stick with it until he is able to get it done. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that after one use the line is fraying where it goes through the ratchet tie down. I own a truck and have hauled a lot in the bed using ratchet tie downs and have never had an issue with those so I am not sure what caused this line to do it and only after one day of use none the less. I have included a photo so you can see what I am talking about. It isn't major but more than it should be in my opinion.

It was missing 2 parts. We contacted the manufacturer who immediately shipped us the missing pieces. Great product and great customer service. My kids love this.

Quality of the product is great. However, its made to fit around a tree diameter of 12in-24in at the most. If your trees are wider it will not work.

The Good: Seems very strong and able to withstand a lot of abuse. The grips are great and the kids are having a lot of fun with it. The ratchet worked well (after I read the instructions on releasing it :)
The not as good: The length of the webbing where one can place the hanging grips was shorter than I expected. The obstacles only went 2/3 of the distance between the trees in our yard. Also, it took some serious work to get the carabiner's through the opening in the webbing, at least the first time.
