Lately I've been really into revamping our garden area. I've wanted paver stones, but it's so expensive going to lowes to buy enough for a walkway. I love DIY so gave these molds a shot. Had a hard time deciding between the designs(bc I loved all of them) but settled on random. The mold is really high quality plastic, really think and heavy duty. It was pretty easy, in fact the hardest part is stirring the cement. I let my cement set for about 30 min before removing it and it came out super clean and easy. Now that I know it's easy to do, will be trying more mold designs.

Well made, thick and durable (I believe it's ABS) plastic. It has a smooth finish, which makes the concrete slide out pretty well. As others have said, I suggest you spray it with cooking spray or rub some oil or crisco on it to help the concrete come out cleanly. The mold is exactly as described, dimensions are identical to the listing (I mention that, because another review said otherwise, but I measured and have confirmed).
This project requires a few things, a bucket, a trowel, and an old big sponge. I'd also suggest a large bucket or tray of clean water to rinse off the mold as needed. Get some "quick" concrete, follow the directions on mixing. Dump it in the mold, work it in there with a trowel and smooth it out. Give it a little time to just settle into the mold and then remove the mold. I suggest giving it a little more time to set up and then you can smooth the edges with a damp sponge.

Took a weekend and built a pathway with my son! Wish I had more than one of these. It would have went so much faster. We did about 30 and took us over 5 hours! Used some glow rocks to give it some style!! Would recommend just buy more than one unless you are doing just a few or have hours.
