I use this to hold the charger for my Medtronic Spinal Neurostimulator. The pocket made to hold the handgun works perfectly to hold the charger control unit, while the elastic band holds the transcutaneous charging head in position to charge the subcutaneously implanted battery. Much better than the the belt that Medtronic supplies.

For the price...it was much more than I expected. I will put it to you this way, my 80-year-old Dad who is very hard to please, don't even mention mail ordering to him, I'm talking about "live" shopping, really likes it & wants one of his own. It's a great idea. I think it's made well enough, with 3 large velcro adjustments. However, if you are somewhere between a 37" and a 38" you may have issues. I went up because things are usually smaller and I read the other reviews before I chose the larger size. But even on it's smallest adjustment, I have a lot of room. To me, this should be snug, maybe it would be uncomfortable all day but I think it needs to stay put. I may return it for the smaller size, I just hope it's not too small.

Not bad for something quick and easy to use.....all in all, It seems durable and washable. Holds a small carry firearm just fine.....remember to fasten it so that your mag pouch holds your mags in the upright position....the Velcro attachment should face backwards not forwards. This holster is best suitable if you're planning to wear loose pull-over or zipper clothing and/or jackets.....not button down items.
