I did have one small issue and it was resolved very quickly. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a bike rack.

Installation was not too painful - just 3 types of bolts to tighten down - the box came with some basic instructions and that was good enough for the most part. I was a little confused about which side is up for the base, and I kept the nuts outside for the wheel supports so I can easily move them if needed. The mount is able to handle our bikes just fine - I did not try the heavy beach cruiser on it through - but for our road and mountain bikes it works just fine.
It does wobble a bit and because my hitch receiver is recessed, I can't put a lock or a tightener in there, so still looking for a solution to keep it from wobbling.
And at this price point, the carrier has no tilt function to allow me to open the hatch with the bikes on there. However, with the bikes off, I can open the hatch even though the carrier is hitched on. That is my only gripe but probably better for it not to have a potentially weak tilt point. without that, it is pretty sturdy.
And the box did not have a hitch pin although the part list inside the box said there would be one. Had to order one separately.

Rack came early. Directions were extremely poor. I've spent my life assembling things so it wasn't a problem but I can see how it would be for others. Quality seems good but I won't know for sure until I get the trailer hitch that I've ordered 3 times now from Amazon that keeps getting lost. I'm getting frustrated!!!!

I agree with the previous review regarding the assembly. Poor picture, and shows the rubber Nylock nuts incorrectly... they go on threads first. These help prevent loosening from vibration. There are washers that aren't on the plans. A simple crescent wrench will be fine. Padding is needed on the center upright... I'm using pipe insulation and zip ties. I am going to make a ramp eventually(see Utube on this) because I have an E bike, which is a bit heavy. I was able to easily lift it without the ramp today by securing the front tire with the velcro, then simply lifting the rear tire into the boot. It appears steady, doesn't rattle even when empty... but I just got it and will update if things aren't as hoped. Great deal, good product... terrible assembly directions. I also had trouble with the bolts in the depressed area on the top. I had to feel for the seating and tap each bolt into the hole to secure it before it could be tightened. I mounted the crossbars on the top so it will hold my ramp eventually. The velcro looks strong so far... enough to triple it around the tires.
Sturdy & Cheap but there are two Caveats

The price for this bike rack is hard to beat for something this sturdy. There were 2 drawbacks to it though.
There were no instructions with it save a black and white diagram that gave you an idea of what it should look like assembled, but nothing beyond that. You'd think that someone from the company could at least have done a youtube video showing assembly and included a link to it on that diagram page.
The second thing was, for the 4 cross pieces of the frame, there were 4 of the holes that the bolts are meant to slide through (on the top and bottom) where the holes weren't big enough for the bolts (on one side) so they didn't pass through. Luckily I have a drill and had a bit that matched the holes to widen them out.
