Perfect for my almost 1 year old

Perfect for my almost 1 year old. Unfolds easily and placed the balls in and playtime started. The baby can climb out if they know how. The balls #200 did fill the entire bottom with just one layer., for more coverage I recommend at least 400 balls.

This honestly would have been 5 stars because my son loved this ball pit! It was perfect. We ordered it for Christmas for our 15 month old and it was so perfect. Not even a month later and the wire from the hoop came out. My son was playing in the pit and I noticed something strange hanging from the hoop. I walk over and was shocked to fine the sharp wire sticking out!! I have no idea how it came out but am SO thankful I noticed it before it hurt my son!! Something that seemed so incredibly safe..... lesson learned for sure!

Alright, so sadly I have to give this 2 stars not due to the design or function of it, because all of that is great and my daughter has loved using it. But just today I cut myself on a super sharp piece of wire poking through the fabric. My daughter had just crawled into it and barely missed it. It's sharp enough that I fear what kind of damage it could have done if she fell right on it. We have never twisted this thing back since we've opened it so it's not like we've stressed the wire from twisting and untwisting it a bunch. We've had this for only 4 months. This is a serious quality issue and safety hazard. No kids toy should be able to break and have super sharp pieces they can impale themselves on. I'm attaching pictures of the wire. Honestly this should warrant a recall in my opinion.
Decent ball pitt for price

It's a little flimsy but for the price it serves it's purpose. I paid $9.99 with free prime shipping. The most expensive part of any ball pitt are the balls. I originally had this same ball pitt in a larger size and it just took up too much space and required a lot more balls than I had. I got this smaller size and it's perfect for space saving and it holds my 10month old and 27 month old perfectly. My 10 month old can easily crawl in and out by herself as the side walls are collapsable. They have fun playing together inside ball pitt. Picture shows ball pitt with 500 balls.
