I feel very secure having this with me as I live alone in a secluded area. It's easy to grip and hold on to. I do practice using the flashlight versus the tazor if I do have an emergency.

I bought one as a gift for a friend who camps with other gal friends. They tent camp and like I told her her it's a good thing to have going hiking like she does.

Great product for the price. Now I haven't had any volunteers to take a zap to test out the stun gun part. It does make a loud sound so I do feel that this might just make someone think twice about advancing towards you. The flash light on this is REALLY bright and comes in handy. Bought another one for my daughter as well. Its small enough to fit in your purse and comes with a carrying case. Would love if it had a clip to attach to your belt or pocket in your purse.

Bought this after my daughter terrified me with a tale of a stranger in an elevator. We tested it (just the activator switch, not on anyone), and I'm convinced that the sound alone will be a deterrent. It's a sphincter-loosening crackle that will run the average perp up a tree. Awesome, blinding flashlight makes for a bonus round.

So far so good. Keep in mind I have a small hand. The manual, which if you live in California. Is supposed to be with the stun gun at all times. The stun gun is also supposed to have a serial number and the name of the manufacturer. It has all those! See photos. I also uploaded a photo of the California penal code law which I researched to make sure I can carry it.

I decided to buy this because one night, at 2:15am(I go in at 3am to work). As I was closing the gate to my home I noticed a male walking in the middle of the street! I didn't want to seem panicked so I semi power walked it to the gate. Close it and power walked back. As I was opening my car door, the man was now getting to the back of my car. I got in there so quick the door caught some of my hair in between the door and car. Who cares right!? I locked the doors and just made sure he wasn't there so I could drive off. After he left. I was still shooken and my whole body was shaking of fear. I fixed the door, got my hair and drove off. I was shaking for a good 30mins after the incident. I never thought of my own safety to where I have to carry something with me since I been doing it for almost 3 years now but you're never truly safe! Be aware of your surroundings. If you leave your home or any place in the middle of the night, look everywhere before you expose your self.

So this stun gun is LOUD. I can hold it firmly. I figured the red switch is turned on by the index finger. The led light is bright too. And it's not heavy at all! The carrying case and the charging cable do seem a bit cheap though. But he stun gun itself, 5 stars. Until I try it on something though..I think I would have someone else try it because the sound scared me. It's too loud. But I guess when you're in danger that's the last thing you'll worry about. And the manual is small enough to carry with you..

Extremely potent and effective. I am 6'3" 230 lbs and it put me on the ground in half a second. I had my fiancee test this on me 4 different times with four different scenarios. One with a T-shirt on, 1/2 sec. On the ribs. One with me grabbing it on the sides to simulate someone trying to take it from you. One with a sweater over top of a T-shirt. Amd finally one with three layers on , T-shirt, sweater, and a jacket on. All 4 times I was shocked. Instantaneously i was bruised by the shock to the skin sites. Doesn't matter what they wear or how big they are. No one wants to mess with the person holding this device. Its so good im going to buy a second one for me.
