My brother bought one of these for me and one for him. I really like it. When you hold it in your hand, it is very easy to have your thumb on the on/off/stun gun lever, and your forefinger on the stun gun button below. To activate the stun gun, I would only need to push the lever up from flashlight to stun gun setting, and then push in the button on the bottom when I use it. It would be very easy to use if I need to, but at the same time very hard to set off accidentally, even if left in your pocket. I did try out the zap into the air in front of me. It makes quite a zap! I think it would temporarily incapacitate an intruder if needed, esp if the stun gun was held against their skin for 5 or 10 seconds. The flash light is very bright when walking my dog. This is great, and much better than carrying a stun gun that looks like a gun. A possible attacker would see you carrying a flashlight and would be caught off guard.

Great little stun gun! I have not stunned anyone with it yet, but it makes a very loud zapping noise and you see the big spark arc over. I use it for my security detail on accounts that don't let me use my firearm. Would have given it 5 stars, but deducted because I have to charge it too often and it's not a very bright flashlight. The light is fine for running or walking at nite, but the beam does not reach very far. These are legal to use in my state; just check your state's specific laws on stun guns before you buy.

Small and easy to handle. I love that it has a switch on the one side and the stun button on the other. You can very quickly turn it on with your thumb and hit stun with your forefinger, without fumbling it around. The flashlight is super bright and it makes a good loud, sharp electric sound when you hit the stun button. So far, I've not had to use it, and I hope I never do, but it doesn't make me feel safer to carry it, both for my own protection AND the protection of my dogs. Too many dogs off leash!!

An inexpensive protection device. It is also a very high quality flashlight with a beam that shines a very strong beam of light for a very long distance.Device is not too big and not too small and it looks and feels very well constructed.The device also has a nylon case that attaches to a belt.Now I don't have to worry as much about my wife.I only hope she carries it going to and from her car at work like I told her she needs to do.The only negative I have is that there is no way to tell when it needs charging,other than the flashlight is dimmer, and there's no way to tell when it is charged enough.I just charged it the amount of time it tells you for the initial charge and then for 1 to 3 hours each month as it recommends.I really can't complain for the price.I would buy it again for sure.
