Work fine. Didn't seem too sharp on the edges. Glow RED!! Should last 4 or 5 years, depenting on use.

Much thicker and heavier than the factory ones, which had rusted and basically turned to dust over the years. These come with a plastic film on them you remove before installing. I handled with care after reading reviews of other brands of this type of item but they didn't seem to have any overly sharp edges, but better safe than sorry and take care with the edges when handling so you don't cut yourself.
I live in SF so we have a significant amount of moisture every night, almost always hitting 80-90% humidity each evening. These seem to have a obtained a bit of a rust-colored surface but I don't think it's the rust most people think of. You can't scrape it off or anything. I think its just a combination of the super high heat they experience (they will glow red when you are using them), the crap that falls on them, and the moisture in the air. I don't expect them to last forever, and honestly a realistic expectation of anything exposed to these kinds of environment would be probably about 5 years on the outside...I fully expect these to last from 4 to 5 years. And 4 years is plenty considering how "relatively" inexpensive they are, to expect 10 years or something would be ridiculous.

Seems like good quality, heavy gauge metal. Cheaper than genuine Weber. Fit Weber spirit 300

Serves me right to think that this would be a good purchase especially with the low price point. NEVER AGAIN. Besides the perfect fit for my Weber Gas Grill, thats all these have going for them.
DO NOT PURCHASE! All 5 bars are rusted beyond recognition. The true stainless steel grates I purchased from another seller are still in perfect condition and they were purchased at the same time.
