No surprises assembled smoothly

Assembly went smoothly and nearly without a hitch. GF and I had it built in exactly an hour. Everything fit as it was designed. I give it 5 stars in the context of what it is - a 300-ish dollar piece of knockdown furniture from China. Don't buy it expecting a world-class piece you'll be handing down to your grandkids. Shipped well considering the weight and that it came in a banged-up cardboard box. No appreciable scratches or cracks or crushed edges. The packing was just sufficient, which I guess is a positive? I'm very happy with the finished cart, all things considered.

A few minor negatives:

- One slightly warped door along the long edge makes the hinges bind just a hair on opening. Not a problem for me.
- Drawer slides are cheap and noisy - again not a concern for me, and if you really wanted you could upgrade them. Just seems like the one thing that could be improved at little cost by the factory to really make this piece feel less cheap. Also, the drawers are 13" deep but barely open 10". Again not the end of the world.
- The 'clamps' that hold the pieces together (a finger-operated variation on Ikea's philips twist-lock cam system) are a bit sloppy and imprecise. It makes popping on the large panels (which need to align with multiple clamps and dowels at once) a bit of a chore, going around to each and checking it's open correctly and aligned well as the pieces come together. Some of them closed/locked easily with finger pressure as intended and some needed a hammer for persuasion. That said, with a little tapping here and there all the pieces fit together without modification.
- The packing, while adequate, was just barely so. The styrofoam is the lightest, cheapest possible, crumbling into a storm of static-ey beads on unpacking. Hundreds of them rub off in shipping, getting crushed flat between panels, so every single piece will infect you with styrofoam as you work on building, and your workspace and final cart will be covered in foam bits.
- The stickers labeling each panel for assembly are thin paper, with cheap adhesive. If you want to remove them, that will be a chore in itself. Luckily they were all placed correctly on the inside (or could be turned to the underside) so only the most exacting people will need to remove them.
- Finally, the cart has a strong odor. I give it a 7 out of 10. I like to think of it as 'new car smell', but it's definitely a plastic-ey, chemical odor, which some people are sensitive to. It is dissipating, but if you're terrified by that kind of thing, this might not be the kitchen cart for you.

The casters are black plastic. The only other thing I'd change about this cart would be rubber wheel casters, to feel more comfortable wheeling it on wood floors.
Kitchen Cart

Finishing up a kitchen remodel and with a new farmers sink realized I had to relocate where I kept my trash can. Wanted to add the mobile kitchen cart to stash the trash and hide the crockpot/storage.
This unit was sturdy and wasn't flimsy/cardboard. It's actual wood. The stainless steel top will match the new appliances nicely. I had extra pulls from my new cabinets and they lined up with the holes in the drawers/doors on the cart so I used those to match. my kitchen instead of the supplied silver handles.
I took my time to make sure all parts/hardware were included before putting it together. Used just screwdriver and the supplied allen wrench and it wasn't too bad. Took my time and made sure everything was laid out correctly.
The one complaint is that the 2 locking clips on the back did NOT line up to attach the top. The ones along the sides and middle panels all did. I ended up snapping the two bad ones off with snips so that it would stay flat.
Overall a great cart that will help to keep the new kitchen less cluttered and decent deep drawers to stash all the kitchen gadgets.
Very sturdy

Pros & Cons

Pros-
While it does com disassembled, the pieces are either solid wood or wood veneers not MDF or pressboard. The finish is reasonably consistent satin shine.
Parts are well labeled and the supplied screws all came with one more than the required incase of strip or damage.

Cons-
The 2 of dowels for the lid don't align perfectly, I used a small round file to fillet the opening and glued (see general comment below)
Two of the wheels do lock, but only securing from 360 degree movement, not total restriction of movement as I wanted, I revised the braking mechanism for total stop not one directional.
The stainless top is not 304 or 316 grade and is relatively soft so will scratch easily. This was not an issue for me but may be for some.
Assembly for screws in exploded view of back panel drawing are not well defined nor is the description of their install ( having assembled lots of this type of cabinet and having woodwork experience, I knew what the intent was, but some may find it confusing.

General-
I would recommend install of the small screws in the 3 back panels to be only on one end or other ( I chose top just because of Access). The reasoning is most wood cabinets experience some degree of expansion and contraction throughout the year. By NOT installing screws threw one end, will allow for not splitting the wood panels by having them fixed on both ends as the cabinet expands and contracts.
The box is quite heavy, and although reasonably well packaged it still arrived with noticeable damage (recommend to seller to increase the cardboard density of box).
The camber locks between various parts are quite tight and would recommend utilizing a needle nose plier to bend into the lock position, will save the ends of your fingers and nails.
DON'T use electric tools to assemble hand tighten is sufficient.
I applied wood glue to the vertical to horizontal connections of the cabinet walls and exterior ( where the dowels connect) for additional strength. This is of course optional but I knew my cabinet was going to be used for vibration and mixing on the top, so wanted the additional strength at the joints.
