I bought a used "owned" HR54 genie receiver and needed a diy solution to get more tuner room in my swm system. This LNB was the simplest, most affordable way to get it and it's also reverse band so it's 4k ready. I already had an older swm single wire lnb, switch, and power inserter so it was a simple matter of unlatching the lnb mount on the dish, unscrewing the one coax wire, and then reversing the procedure to install the new lnb. It took me longer to get the ladder out of the garage than to do the actual swap.

I didn't need 21 tuners but I was having some tuner trouble so I replaced my 13 tuner SWM with this 21 tuner SWM. Now, I think my problem is with some older coax cable but that is a lot harder to replace than the SWM LNB. If you need more than 13 tuners this is the way to go. Just swap it out and you are good to go.
