I love this thing
Chel•September 19, 2017
I love this thing! I have a low back injury that has been causing my back and hip to hurt so much for years. I also have really tight shoulders and knots in my neck. This massager has been awesome for every part of my back I've used it on. I even layed it behind me on the couch last night and worked through a knot in my glute that has kept my hip locked up. I tried physical therapy and this has really made much more of a difference for me to break through old knots and stretch out old injuries. Be careful when you first use it... It felt AMAZING the first day to use it all up and down my back and I got lots of releases in my spine, but the next day my back felt so sore it was like it was bruised (though it was actually not, no bruises every surfaced and the soreness passed) but if you use this to get into large knots please drink LOTS of water, stretch, and prepare for a day of feeling bruised up. Worth it though!!
Fairly compact and good for international travel with the included 100-240 VAC power supply and vehicle adapter.

The power supply transformer input for this model is 100-240VAC 50/60hz 0.8A. Output is 12 VDC 2.0A (center pin is positive). Original power supply transformer has a US plug and all it needs for international use is a simple plug adapter. It comes with a vehicle lighter socket adapter and it will also run directly off of any 12VDC battery with the correct adapter.
So far so good. Feels good on lower back, shoulder blades, and shoulders. I am 180# and sometimes lay on this with it on my lower or upper back and shoulders. I can tell it is being stressed since motor noise becomes more apparent...so I just add a few pillows or towels. I am using this massager instead of a back stretcher.

Let me just say, Amazing!! I have a plethora of back and neck issues and this massager has helped ease my aches and pains. I love the fact that it has heat you can choose to use along with the shiatsu massage. It can be plugged in either in the house or car and even has a strap to attach it to a chair. Every time I've used it I melt into happiness, it definitely does it's job!

Being an avid gym rat, I am often pained by sore muscles and cramping. This massager works great at easing tension and improving circulation to increase the healing process after intense work outs. It is versatile and can be used on the neck, arms, legs, shoulders, etc. it features 8 rotating balls and can have heat if needed. It is light weight and not bulky so travels easy. I highly recommend this product!!!
Great machine!

WOW! I was hesitant to buy this since the first shiatus massager I had was very uncomfortable to use, all the time. This one has been great. I have been using it for my lower back and mid back easily, and less easily for my upper back and neck. Due to a bad shoulder injury, I have trouble placing the pillow masseger in a manner that treats the sore spots, while not rubbing the very very tender surgery related spots and staying in place with only one hand. However, for the tense aches muscles mostly in my mid back and to either flank, this machine has been wonderful. I love the heat. For me, there were sort of 3 phases. The first phase was immediate and lasted about 8-9 days of use 3 times a day as suggested. The muscles and trigger points relaxed and felt much better with around a total time of use at least 60 minutes, but were very sore, just like stiffness and soreness when you first start exercising. The second phase was when the soreness from the machine stopped happening, the muscles and trigger points stayed relaxed for most of the time between sessions which were still 3 times a day. This lasted about 4-5 days. Third phase - little tenderness in the muscles, only 1 or 2 trigger points instead of many, and able to use the machine once every few days, or a couple times a day for a couple days if I notice increased muscle pain. Now, after using this for several weeks, I only need it once or twice a week. Because I like it, I use it every couple of days, just to enjoy it, increasing frequency and duration when I notice tense tight painful muscles or trigger points. I think this is a good purchase.
