The net is very well made. I bought 2. One of them is still in good shape while the other is not. It needs replaced after 1 month. I think it was just a bad one. The only thing had issues with , as with any metal frame for pool cleaning was corrosion of the metal. I wish it could be made of stainless steel or coated in silicone or plastic. Anyway I would buy again.
I wanted to update my post because I had the bad one replaced through the warranty and it doesn't matter what happens to your net, they will replace it. From the start of the process the new net was here within a week and I did not do the free express shipping they offered because I still had a good one to use. Hope this helps other buyers.

I had the silt net for a little less than a year and was loving it. The net removes leaves, but also removes finer debris that normally sails through my leaf canister and gets caught in the filter. Yes, I like my pool CLEAN!!!!
A few days ago, I lifted the net out of the pool as usual, and heard a terrible "woosh". The fabric had ripped about half the way around the rim!!! I was devastated, but remembered this comes with a lifetime guarantee. They ain't kiddin'! I wrote and quickly received a response. I answered a few questions, including that I did not need expedited shipping. The Pro Tuff team still had the replacement net at my door two days later!
I am normally not THAT happy about cleaning the pool, but sure did miss my Pro Tuff, so am ending this review to get out in that Arizona summer sun and give that net a whirl!

I have a 22 foot above ground salt water pool. This last year I left it standing over the winter. I had drained it and recently cleaned it. But after filling it I noticed a slimy algae had taken over. I bought this net to skim the bottom of the pool. The mesh on my old skimmer was to big and it just blew the algae back into the pool. This net was an excellent choice to help eradicate the slimy stuff. It is a high quality net and fine enough to let water through and capture the small stuff. The instructions were easy to follow and helpful. I highly recommend this product.

This thing is as-advertised. Makes really quick work of pool debris. Holds quite a bit before you have to empty it. The net mesh is very fine, easily picks up just about anything in the pool, and the little bend in the bottom of frame helps guide debris up into the net. The thing is super sturdy; I can see why they offer a lifetime guarantee. I hope I don't need to test the guarantee, but while this thing is fairly expensive (not dramatically, but still), it seems to be well-worth the price.
