Only used once and metal popped out!

We used changing tent only once, we opened it up and it stood weird. We packed it back up and heard a pop and saw the bottom metal back popped out of the metal retaining band.
Update: Wolfwise Customer Service is awesome and resolved my issue quickly. I give them 5 stars for quick response, A+ for quickly resolving my issue. I must have received a bad batch. I do warn, the canopy's material can be damaged easily. We already have a hole on the wall, I guess we'll duct tape it. That's why I had to give it 4 out of 5 stars.

I fount the WolfWise Dressing shower tent to be just as stated. I am installing a new bathroom and need a place to shower where the neighbors wouldn't have a view. for camping it would work wonderful, and for my purpose I got a pallet sunk it in the ground and laid a 1/4 " piece of plywood over the top. Drilled holes for water drainage and I now have a fantastic shower room. There is enough room to also put my composting toilet in, so I am very happy. the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the is no shower hook which would of been nice, and no dry bag to put your clothes in. Overall a very nice product and will recommend to anyone needing a dressing/shower room.

So far so good. I have only used this a hand full of times but it has been serving its purpose for a portable restroom. I do a lot of camping and off roading. Some of the areas we go don't have either actual restrooms and or places to "go" so I take this tent with us where ever we go and never have to worry about it. Haven't used as a shower yet but can defiantly be used for that and a changing room. Very easy pop up and down by yourself with storage case to take anywhere. I'm defiantly glad I have added this tent to my camping supplies

This will be fantastic when we go kayaking this summer. We take our jeep and it will be great to change into dry clothes. It folds up perfectly. Doesn't take up much room since it does fold flat. Do note that you should read directions for folding. It is super easy if you do it like it says. I would recommend it to everyone.
