Excellent value, quality materials, good design.

A genuinely useful bag well suited to contain a mobile individual trauma kit"”something everyone around loaded firearms should have, and in today's world not a bad idea for everyone to have (even if you are not yet trained, you can make it available to someone who is). A tight fit to get in all the trauma basics, but when opened they are all readily identifiable and accessible. The bags small size and many attachment/detachment options make it easy to store in a small vehicle and much more likely to be readily accessed and taken along outside the vehicle"”which means everything when dealing with a major traumatic injury. Similarly, it is a good size to stow in or on a daypack or backpack, or even a large range bag. There are so many little features and design decisions that increase the utility of the bag, for example, the cinch strap also removes stress on the main zipper and is positioned such that small items attached to the outside (say a flashlight or shears attached with WebDominator clips) have a second "fail safe" hold down.
Materials and construction are amazingly good for the price, and should provide many years of service in all but the harshest environments. My bag came with one minor problem in that a single tooth of the main zipper was attached crooked to its zipper tape, likely a zipper supplier defect, not readily apparent so I don't fault Orca. I probably should have returned the bag for replacement (which I'm confident would have been handled without issue), but a little work with a needle-nosed pliers and the self healing zipper design, allowed me to put this bag to immediate use. It also attests to the basic ruggedness of the zipper.
I would seriously consider getting a second one of these in a contrasting color for use as minor injury/discomfort FAK (as opposed to individual major trauma kit), if I didn't already carry in my Jeep a large Unimed EMT Pack with an oxygen tank as a base camp kit, a Comprehensive Adventure Medical Kits bag repurposed as minor injury /medicine "booboo" kit (e.g., blisters, scrapes, headache, lost filling), a dedicated burn kit, and yet another bag specialized for dog emergency care (such as tubes and needles to treat bloat)"”yes, SAR missions and my personal adventures have put all of this to use.
In summary, this bag is an excellent choice to contain an individual major trauma kit or minor FAK"” I wouldn't hesitate to buy again or recommend to others this bag or seller.

Velcro could be a bit stronger

6-2-19 EDIT--- I just received a package today, and it was a replacement bag from Orca, based on the review below, I assume. I honestly am blown away by their commitment to their customers. This replacement pack was not requested, nor implied to be. They made sure the customer is taken care of, and stand by their products, if there is any defects. I honestly don't know what to say, except THANK YOU for being an awesome company, and will definitely do business in the future.
Purchased after I needed a new IFAK for the truck, and I chose this over the Orca pouch without the rip-away, as it had a handle at the top for carrying. Stitching seems decent, the back straps are fraying a small bit, nothing a lighter can't fix. The material seems durable enough, MOLLE webbing seems sturdy. Snaps at the back are lined up properly, and the buckle is a nice added security. Had to organize my things so they fit well enough to close, without putting strain on the zippers, size is probably more than enough for the items I need, for my basic knowledge of life-saving skills.
The only issues I had, and they were small ones, was after removing and re-positioning the rip-away backing, one corner of the velcro on the back seems to not stick as well as the rest of it anymore, it's very easy to detach, just by holding one of the straps and gently shaking the pack back and forth. I worry about the strength of it over time, as the rest of it seems to still hold well. Also, the zippers seems a bit too free moving, even with the pack full, although I guess that's better than not being able to get it open when I need it, I wish they felt a bit more secure, seems if they get snagged on something they will definitely open when you don't need them to.
First Aid patch is a nice touch. Otherwise, it performs exactly as I expected it to, for a price that doesn't break the bank. It's not too small, not over-sized either. Will give an update after a few months to see how everything is holding up after going in and out of it, and placing it in and out of a backpack. Product could be a tad bit improved but for what you pay, it does the job well enough. Will probably buy from Orca in the future.

Multiple attachment options, lots of pockets & pouches

Bought it specifically because my plate carrier has built in hook & loop panels, so I can take the back panel off & attach it directly to said panels. I like the option of having molle & D ring attachments as well. Currently it's serving as more of a basic first aid+toiletries pouch as I have yet to get an IFAK insert.
Good bag

This is a good first aid bag. Maybe slightly small if you want to over organize but I like it. It also holds instant ice packs quite well. I carry this in my car.
Great kit

Have this as my wilderness first aid kit. Secure it to the backseat of the car in transit and strap on pack for hikes.
Only gone on one trip but got lots of hike time and back country camping through arches, canyonlands, uncompaghre, etc.
Thankfully only had to open it once for meds. Its the kind of tool you hope to never use, but it held up to quite the beating. Thanks.
