I Have Room to Work!

Absolutely perfect. Big enough to cover the entire top of my portable island with plenty of room to work without getting flour everywhere. A quick rinse and hang up to dry or wipe off easily with a towel. No circles to judge sizes with, but if you are familiar with pastry preparation you don't really need those anyway. Super happy with this purchase. (Though it was a little expensive in my opinion).

I use it all the time on my counter even when just regularly cooking for easy clean up. It's incredibly non-stick that one time while making biscuits i forgot to lay flour down first and they came up with ease. I have used cookie cutters on them, lightly, but still that's pretty resistant silicone. Definitely worth the money.

I LOVE this thing. I make tons of pastries around Christmas, and it holds up well to washing and cutting (like use and washing 3x a week for November and December. Almost too big to wash in a traditional sink, but also so big that you don't really get your surface around it covered in flour because you can roll out a 12 inch crust without getting with 2 inches of the edge. Totally worth what I paid for it, and I plan to get a smaller one for ease of washing for quick use on a countertop.

Great item. Rolled it out onto my countertop and it doesn't move at all. I bought it to protect my new cultured marble island top when I make bread. The builder said that even the fine particles of flour will eventually grind the surface down and mar the nice shiny top. It is nice and big with plenty of room for kneading and rolling out my tortillas too. When I'm done, I wash and dry it then roll it up and put it into the drawer for the next time.
