I was so happy to find this. I remember my mom using Dream Whip all the time when I was a kid and now I am 53. So nice to have around because it has a long shelf life until you decide to whip some up.

I use 1/2 dry envelope in my baked cake recipes and it produces a beautiful fluffy high rise. Don't use too much or cake may taste too sweet.
