These are back-breakers if you intend to use them for sleeping. Seriously, you will end up with irreversible damage to your spine if you consistently sleep on them. Using mine for the living room. Otherwise, item arrived at the specified delivery date. No complaints on the shipment.

This futon looks really nice. It looks like any piece of high-end furniture you would get from Ikea. I was able to put it together myself. It was remarkably heavy and I had quite a difficult time getting it up the steps. However, once I got it up there putting it together was relatively easy. The only reason I took off a star for this is because two of the screws absolutely would not go in all the way. They went in about 80% of the way but then they would hit a piece of metal inside and refused to go further. Perhaps it's a design flaw or something but I feel that the hardware they included should have worked perfectly to put this item together. Otherwise, the couch looks very very nice. See my photos for an example.

Inner piece of cheap metal broke on assembly and wouldn't even begin to know how to replace. For the price this is a good piece. I know a lot of reviews said this wasn't a good piece for the livvingroom and I disagree. I have three children so I find it's lower to the ground aspect to be great for all of us. To me it adds to quaintness

It was pretty simple to put together. The couch does sit pretty low to the ground. I like that the couch can turn into a bed. Great for our guest! It's comfortable too!
