Long Review: so sorry!
Hi y'all! Let me just say this first; I have fasciitis plantar aches, Achilles tendinitis, flat feet with arch drop. Before this amazing brace I would wake up with swollen feet, ankles, heel pain, ankle pain, to of feet would ache and could not bend and let alone stand to put pressure on my feet and ankles. I dreaded having to get up in the morning and knowing I had to walk/limp the hall of a hospital. I went to a foot doctor and was told I needed surgery but before I was going under any knives, I decided to give this a try. I've only been wearing/ sleeping in this brace for two nights and YES I do mean TWO WHOLE NIGHTS I have NO PAIN AT ALL, do you HEAR ME no pain for the last two days at all. I was able to walk without any pain and I was not limping when I get up out of my chair or couch. I can plant my feet on solid ground without pain y'all. I have visible ankles and no more canker looking ankles my feet are not swollen anymore. GOD is good! I'm so vey thankful to have found these brace.

I will up date my review if anything changes and if these brace are just a fluke. As for now I RECOMMEND THEM.

I've struggle with pretty bad PF in my heel (I've had PF once before but it was pain in my arch - this heel pain is awful!). I've had it for about 6ish weeks and was trying pretty much everything and finally, at the end of my rope, I ordered this sock. It just felt like I was starting over from scratch every morning so thought that keep my foot in this position would allow the healing overnight to stay vs reopening any healing that happened when my foot was relaxed while sleeping.

In 4 nights of wearing, the pain is almost gone first thing in the morning and I now have no pain at all during the day. I can't believe I struggled for so many weeks and it only took 4 nights to make this much of a difference. This sock has worked so good! However, it does take some getting used to sleeping with the foot in this locked position but being in pain all the time is the other option so the trade off is worth it.

However, some things I wish were different on this sock: Material causes the foot to sweat pretty decently. I remedied that by wearing a thin ankle sock and it's not as bad. The rubber bottom - I would prefer it not have this. Not only does it hang up in the bedsheets, it also gets hung up on the carpet and I've almost fallen walking to the bathroom in the middle of the night because of this. Since this is a sleeping sock, that grip is really not needed in my opinion and I wish there was a way to remove it. The ankle velcro piece could use a "tab" to grab to do/undo it. I keep grabbing for the name label that's sewn in the same area and pulling on it thinking it's the velcro piece and when it's down on the ankle part, trying to pull it up isn't the easiest (which is good, it's good strong velcro to hold it). A pull tab to help would be nice. I can't imagine if I arthritis in my hands being able to pull it up how it is.

Overall, it's been great, it's the one thing in the array of PF "fixes" that has allowed all the other things (massage, rolling, ice etc) that help PF to stay and actually accomplish and keep the progress to healing going and not going backwards every morning. Well worth it if you are struggling with PF!

Yes this definitely stretches something"¦ I could only wear it for 4 hrs before I had to remove it.
Is my plantar fasciitis cured? nope but it feels like it helped.

I work part time in a retail store. Lots of standing and the floor is unforgiving. I was experiencing severe pain in the heel of my left foot. Especially in the morning. Starting using this and no more pain. It was overnight relief!!! I don't write a lot of reviews, but if you are experiencing foot pain, in your heels, from standing or walking, this may relieve the pain. Give it a shot. I'm glad I did. Worth the money! Hope this helps someone.

It works well however the product does rub on my big toes making them sore. But it does work!
