Seemed to do the job on my Wolf steam oven. The manual for the oven warns that you MUST use the brand they recommend (at double the cost) but honestly this seems like the same stuff. Note that Impressa's product is extra-concentrated, so it must be diluted, unlike the product recommended in the manual.
