This mop rocks!!! It is such a pleasure to use. It replaced a mop I bought at the Dutchess County Fair, a Smart Living Steam Mop, and there is just NO comparison. That mop costs more than double this little gem. The water lasts way longer in this mop, and the steam it produces is FAR superior to my Smart Living mop. The floors feel so so nice after using this, you just know they are clean. I didn't feel that with the other mop. If you are on the fence, jump over to this side and buy this mop. It is WELL worth the money!!

I purchased this product 2 1/2 months ago. Used it approximately 8 times. It worked fine until today, it won't make steam. It just clicks and clicks and nothing happens. I am going to contact Bissell to see about repairs or replacement. While it worked, I was very pleased with the product. It made mopping my ceramic tile floors a breeze. Muck easier than the old mop and bucket.

I have a hate/love relationship with this thing. I think it's so easy to use, clean and maintain but for some reason I feel like this doesn't clean my floors the way traditional mops do. I use these on my floors twice and shortly after if I take an antibacterial wipe and test the floors it still comes out black.

This steam mop has changed my life! I have used many different brands over the years - some with disposable cloths and others you wash. This mop has a button to allow for steam as opposed to a button you pump [which I always end up breaking somehow]. The mop head is large enough to cover big areas in a smaller amount of time. I love this mop so much I wish I could stay home and mop all day! Works great and gets stains / dirt out of tile floors that my other mop could not pick up [with the disposable cloth]. Definitely worth the money. I also bought the warranty for a few bucks, just in case...

I actually loved, loved, loved this steam mop, however it broke last month. I had it for 2 1/2 months. I got this to replace another bissell steam mop which broke after around 6 months. I'm not getting another one.
