I have been using for 2 weeks & I like this product . Guard is helping my clenching problem. No problems sleeping with it. I did have a bit of trouble with initial step of shaping guard. I messed up the first attempt completely. The second one was better but still a bit loose. Last 2 were better. I suggest using your fingers immediately directly on guard to help shape guard . I indicated customization problem to seller and they sent a replacement package immediately. wonderful customer support

I've tried several bite guards and so far I really like this one. I was skeptical at first that it would be comfortable because even the small one looked really big to me, and I hate trying to sleep with bulky guards in my mouth, but actually it's really comfortable and doesn't feel bulky. I appreciated having two of each size in the box because I did mess up the first one I tried. The instructions seem like a lot of steps but it's actually pretty simple and I appreciated the extra clarifications.

Love these dental guards. They work really well and fit nicely. These really help me to stop grinding my teeth at night and gives me less jaw pain during the day.

Dentist was suggesting she would have to fit me for a bite guard because I reportedly grind my teeth at night. While I have excellent dental insurance, none of it would be covered so I looked for alternatives on my own that wouldn't cost me hundreds of dollars. Well I came across THIS and I couldn't be happier! It was extremely easy to make my own, custom-molded bite guard. And for just $20! In fact, I made TWO; one for primary use and a second as a back-up guard. Very, very pleased.
