Very impressed with this set. As a Soldier, I have purchased several bands and gadgets to use while deployed to austere environments. Most of them do not last more than a few weeks or months due to breaking, stretching, etc. This one is completely sturdy and versatile. I really truly enjoyed waking up at the crack of dawn to exercise with these. Great products, highly recommended!

I got these two days ago. Just started using them today. I was skeptical about bands as weights. I really like them! I feel the burn! Only using them for arms right now; they are well made and awesome! Good brand and great product! So happy my husband td me to give them a try!

This is a great set exceptional quality. I have had other bands these are much better. Hand grips are comfortable love the ability to adjust resistance. The door anchor gives you lots of options great buy. Have been using every day I am older but these work for me

I've never used fitness bands before. Considered them kinda lame. But now I have a shoulder impingement and they are recommended, so I ordered this set. I was surprised at the quality and completeness of the system. I've only had it a week, so cannot predict how long it will last. But the thickness of the fabric belt parts and the stitching indicate high quality and durability. Besides the exercises recommended for my shoulder problems, I am finding a never ending list of sets for other muscle groups. Basically, it's a home gym in a small bag. Very happy!

"So far so good. I like that the metal fittings make the resistant bands more secure; and it appears that these bands will last a lot longer than the previous bands that I had. I also like that these bands will allow me to engage in multiple exercises for both upper and lower body. The other great thing about this product is: the carrying pouch makes it easier to take to the gym!"
