Easy assembly in minutes. No clear written guide though, not that it requires one, but a better instruction insert would have been appreciated. No big issues with it, supports my 24 inch monitor with no problem, My only gripe would be the chipped corner of the matte black surface, which probably got damaged during shipment. Other than that it functions well, as advertised.
