I started feeling severe pelvic pressure and pain around 35 weeks of my pregnancy. It was hard for me to walk or go from a sitting to standing position. I ended up going to the hospital one day because of the intense discomfort I was in. They recommended I get an abdominal brace. I had heard about these belts before but didn't think I would ever need to use one. I put it on as soon as I got it and I haven't taken it off since... well it comes off when I shower of course. This belt is a godsend. I cannot function without it. I'm a petite person and I'm carrying really low. As the baby has gotten bigger, I'm experiencing more pressure. If I didn't have this belt, I wouldn't be able to walk around for more than a couple of minutes. I definitely recommend this for anyone experiencing back pain, abdominal pain/pressure, or pelvic discomfort from pregnancy. It really helps lifts the belly and takes the pressure off. The only annoying thing about it is having to take it off whenever you have to go to the bathroom... which is every 30 minutes. But I suck it up because I know I wouldn't be able to function at all without it. One of the best purchases I've made during my pregnancy for sure.

I ordered wrong size the first time. When I received the correct size I love it! Soft, strong and comfortable. I posted a size chart from the manufacturer.

My regret is not ordering this sooner. And not having it on now. I was in a rush and completely forgot it. I am tempted to be late and turn around to get it. It has made such a difference in the back pain I had. I seriously love it and can not recommend it enough. My boyfriend laughs at me when I'm wearing it, because it does look kind of silly but trust me it's worth it, and you can't see it at all under your clothes. You can't beat the price either!

This belt is really helpful. I was having a lot of pelvic floor pain and lower back pain, starting at about 33 weeks. This belt is easy to use and really does take a lot of the pressure off. It comes in three pieces with the last (the over top of belly strap) being optional. You place on the main pad with a light velcro arm and then the main back support brace around it to be attached at whatever size is comfortable. I measured my belly according to the size chart and it fits perfectly (currently at 36 weeks and still working well in terms of size). If you order early, I'd veer towards a bigger size as the last trimester has a lot of belly growth!

The fabric is a little itchy and irritating to the skin plus the numerous seams can pinch (but I have sensitive skin), so I found that wearing a light undershirt (I wear Uniqlo's airism tanks) under it fixes this problem while still allowing the belt to provide support. It definitely feels a lot better than wearing the belt alone./against the skin. This belt is a huge help while walking/moving around! I wish I had ordered one sooner.

I'm 200lbs, 6 months and I got an XL. I didn't measure myself & took a chance. I think I'll be fine unless I just blow up. I have back issues (surgery in Nov 2013) & will use after birth. I felt immediate relief everywhere. I read reviews saying it's hard to put on. I said screw the directions & used common sense. Put the middle size band on first, then attach the big band & last attach the strap across your stomach (optional). Adjust as needed. Oh & if you have rolls like me, just don't place it up too high. Also ordering in your right size will help with that, too.
