Do not purchase if you want actual Chinese black vinegar!

Garbage. It is literally a regular vinegar dyed a dark brown, none of the flavors you expect from actual chinese black vinegar. Get the Chinkiang black vinegar by Gold Plum if you want anything that tastes like what you are expecting.
